Information you provide

When you use the contact form, the details you enter—such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, selected service, budget range, and message—are used to receive and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

The form submits to AppSavvy's server-side contact endpoint. The details are delivered by email and also stored as a lead in AppSavvy's CRM so the enquiry can be followed up. Routine security logs may include connection information such as an IP address and browser details.

How enquiry information is used

AppSavvy uses enquiry details to understand your request, communicate with you, prepare a possible scope or quote, maintain business records, and protect the form from spam or misuse. Contact details are not sold.

Information may be processed by service providers that host the website, host the CRM, or deliver email on AppSavvy's behalf. Those providers receive only the information needed to provide the relevant service.

Optional services

Google Analytics is used to understand visits and site usage, and Google Ads is used for conversion and campaign measurement. The 3CX widget provides live chat. These services are not loaded until you grant the corresponding permission in the privacy choices panel.

These providers may process technical identifiers and usage data under their own privacy terms once you enable them.

Preference storage and cookies

Your optional-service choices and the time they were saved are stored in your browser's local storage. This record is necessary to remember the choice; it is not used for advertising.

If you later withdraw permission, the page reloads without the disabled service. AppSavvy also attempts to remove accessible first-party Google measurement cookies. Cookies set in a provider's own domain may need to be removed through your browser settings.

Retention and security

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, meet record-keeping obligations, or resolve disputes. AppSavvy uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and enquiries

You can accept, reject, or customize optional services at any time. For questions about information submitted through this website, requests to correct or delete it, or other privacy enquiries, email development@appsavvy.co.za. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal records.
